- We agree on a placement fee (typically 10-15% of starting salary).
- You outline the hiring process (interview steps).
- We assign a researcher to identify like-concepts and competitors to target.
- We conduct a training seminar on your corporate culture and job requirements.
- Our recruiters deploy a multi-pronged candidate sourcing strategy that includes:
- Cold calling competing concepts
- Advertising targeted positions
- Candidates matching the profile are vetted, references checked and forwarded to you.
- We facilitate scheduling of interviews.
- Once you extend an offer, our invoice is generated on 1st day of work with payment due in 30 days.
