Your recruiter’s job is to fill available positions with candidates who are an excellent fit for the hiring company. As a result, the recruiter is paid by the hiring company and our services are free to you.

Your Patrice & Associates recruiter will do everything he or she can to place you with the right company – You can expect your recruiter to:

Make the Match – If your background and skill set fit an open position, your recruiter will present your qualifications to the hiring company with the intention of setting up an interview. In most situations, your recruiter may also explore other positions either within the same company or elsewhere to give you as many options as possible.

Keep it Confidential – Anything you discuss with your recruiter about the hiring company, including where you interview, who you interview with and details from the interview, is strictly confidential. At the same time, your recruiter will not disclose any of your personal information to prospective employers without your permission.

Disclose Accurate Information – Your recruiter will assume that all information you provide is accurate and factual – Including information regarding employment status, skills, education and work and salary histories. He or she will not make claims regarding your history that are untrue or inaccurate. Additionally, they will not disclose any information that you request remain private. If anything about your employment situation or job search status changes, you should let your recruiter know immediately.

Evaluate and Coach – Your recruiter is your personal consultant and will do whatever he or she can to help ensure that you, and your resume, are properly prepared for interviews. This may include making suggestions regarding the content or appearance of your resume – However, your recruiter will not alter your resume prior to discussing the changes with you.

Broker the Deal – If you and the hiring company are interested in working together, your recruiter will work with both parties to ensure an acceptable offer is presented. Upon your acceptance of the offer, your recruiter will advise you on making a graceful exit from your current position and transitioning to your new career.
